Enrolment Process
Below is a brief explanation about how to enrol at our school.
Step 1.
After receiving an Enrolment Pack, please fill in the necessary forms and send it back to the school office.
These forms are available to download below, and include:
After the completed forms are returned to the school administration, you will be contacted for an interview.
Step 2.
Attend an interview with the Principal.
Please Note: The student/s must attend the interview with their parent/guardian as the Principal would like to meet them.
You will need to bring a copy of the following to the interview:
- Previous school’s latest Semester Report
- Birth Certificate or extract
- Vaccination Records
- Letter of Recommendation from the previous school (if not already handed into the College.)
Letter of Recommendation:
Please ask the student’s current teacher or the current school Principal to prepare a Letter of Recommendation on the form provided.
Enrolment Acceptance :
Upon acceptance of your child’s enrolment, we encourage the $200.00 enrolment fee to be paid prior to their start date to secure their place at Goldfields Baptist College. |
