The College is incorporated under the provisions of the Associations Incorporations Act (WA). The College Constitution and the structure of the College Board reflect the College's origins as a ministry of Kalgoorlie Baptist Church, and the ongoing and strong partnership between Church and College.
The College is governed by the Board who select a Chairman from amongst its members. The Board appoints the Principal who is the Chief Executive Officer of the College.
The Principal and Senior Pastor of Kalgoorlie Baptist Church are ex officio members of the College Board. The Principal is accountable for the implementation of the values and policy set by the Board.
The GBC Association is made up of members from Christian churches in Kalgoorlie-Boulder who are committed to the values and vision of Goldfields Baptist College. This body is responsible for electing Board members and approving the Annual Report, along with other responsibilities.
